When my kids were little we spent many hours here and it's great that my grandson and little nieces and nephews also enjoy coming here. Lots to do even on a budget. Plenty of food options. It's good for a rainy day, if you can get from the car and inside without getting wet

We stayed here mid week and although the hotel was busy and we had a small issue with the TV in our room - this was resolved very quickly and all the staff were helpful and friendly in the process.
Wow! Can't believe this is a 2* (I would have guessed 4*) but can certainly see why it is so highly rated. The suites are well equipped and clean and the staff very friendly. However, the icing on the cake was the breakfast. Advertised as a complimentary breakfast, our expectations weren't high - a cold buffet was what we pictured.

Only went to use their toilets (my car had broken down outside and I was waiting for the AA!), but reception was very pleasant and helpful! The casino looked very well appointed and relaxed!
The club room gives you access too the club lounge for a few hours in the evening with complimentarily drinks and snacks available which was hosted by Nevin who is honestly a fantastic ambassador for your hotel providing great service . I also visited the hotel bar later in the evening and they get more info make great cocktails. The breakfast was great provided in a beautiful surrounding with eggs cooked freshly . Vegetarian options are available too. And the breakfast staff really wanted you to enjoy your meal.
Food was poor and overpriced. The heat in the club was unbearable. Struggled to get any conversation from the staff. Would not recommend
Not a big casino like I'm used to, but still decent with a few tables and some slot machines. Place was clean, they had servers running drinks and they're fairly cheap!
Spa facilities were good , pool is a good size, hot tub needs attention button is stuck down and difficult to get going. Changing rooms were OK, good size lockers, shower curtains need washing or replacing as they had black stains, lots of hair around on floor and on the sides. Parking at hotel is good but a little expensive I think was 27.00 for 24hours.
Free parking, lots of food and entertainment places to visit. Would recommend to all. See what takes your fancy from the football to the cinema and restaurants.
The room has a little kitchen which is an addition, also they have a launderette that you can use for free ???? (just bring you detergent). The breakfast is good as well with variety of pastries, hot and cold drinks, fruits.
